1. Technical Organization

All maritime excursions and services are technically organized and operated by BONADEA II Catamarán, located at:

2. Pricing & Requirements


  • Rates: The price for each excursion is clearly stated in the booking details.
  • Infants (Under 12 months): Travel free of charge as they are not considered seated passengers. However, they must be included in your booking to comply with vessel capacity regulations.
  • Children (Under 11 years): To benefit from child pricing, valid identification proving the child’s age may be requested upon boarding.
  • Canarian Resident Discount: Valid official documentation (Certificado de Residencia) must be presented. Failure to provide proof will result in the cancellation of the discount, and the price difference must be paid before boarding.
  • What’s Included: Eco-tour with a specialized cetacean guide, snorkeling equipment (for tours of 3+ hours), public liability insurance, and harbor fees.
  • What’s NOT Included: Hotel transfers, meals or drinks outside the vessel, parking fees, souvenirs, or merchandising.


3. Bookings

Official bookings can only be made through our website (www.bonadea2catamaran.com), our official reservation phone line, company email, or expressly authorized distributors.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Requests: Cancellations must be submitted via the contact methods listed in Section 1.
  • Company Rights: BONADEA II reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to organizational reasons, vessel occupancy, technical issues, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Weather/Technical Issues: If we cancel for these reasons, no charges will apply. We will offer a comparable alternative date. If the alternative is not accepted, a full refund will be issued.
  • Customer Cancellations:
    • More than 24 hours notice: 100% refund of the amount paid.
    • Less than 24 hours notice: No refunds will be issued.
  • Refund Processing: Depending on your payment method, refunds may take between 1 and 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Acceptance: These terms are considered accepted at the moment of booking, binding both parties to compliance.


5. Liability

We are not responsible for forgotten items, damages, or the loss of personal belongings during the excursion. We recommend keeping electronic devices and valuables secured at all times.

6. Pets on Board

Due to the characteristics of our vessel, we only accept small, well-behaved pets (under 12kg). You must contact us for approval before finalizing your booking to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.
